Q: How can I order on your website?
A: After finding the item you like, choose the quantity and click the Add To Cart button. On the Checkout page fill in the required information (email, physical address etc) and choose a method of payment. You will be redirected back to our website after the payment is succesful.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can pay for your order with a credit or debit card and with your Paypal account. More payment methods will be added in the future.

Q: Is it safe to pay on your website?
A: Absolutely. We have security certificates installed, which encrypt your card information every time you make a payment and keep your private data safe.

Q: How much does the shipping cost?
A: For most orders you don’t have to pay shipping fees. Currently we offer free of charge international shipping for all products that qualify.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: The delivery time for your package can vary depending on postal services, customs procedures and warehouse location. Sometimes the warehouse located nearest to you might be out of stock for the item you order. We don’t want to keep you waiting, so we’ll ship your package from the closest warehouse that has it in stock, even if this means that it could take a little longer to arrive. Our storage facilities are located in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Q: How can I track my package?
A: In order to view your order status and shipment tracking, please click the Track Your Order option from the top or bottom menu. You will need to submit the order number and the email address you used when you created the order.

Q: My package has been shipped but why are there no updates on the tracking page?
A: After we ship your product it could take a few days for the tracking information to be updated by the courier. Some postal services might need more time to process your package at their sorting center. Rest assured that once your package has been shipped, it is heading your way and will arrive within the estimated shipping time.

Q: I received a broken product. Can I replace it?
A: Of course! You can return the broken product and receive a new one, OR receive a full refund. Please contact us in order to solve the issue.

Q: I received a different item. What now?
A: You can either return the product to us and we will fully refund you, OR keep the product and receive a partial refund for your order.
